Ingredients
½ cup mayo
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 large lemon, juiced
1 to 1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 jalapeno, halved and cut into thirds
Romaine hearts
Parmesan cheese, shredded
Croutons
Instructions
For the Dressing:
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
For the Salad:
Heat an outdoor or indorr grill. Cut the romaine hearts in half and grill them until you get a nice char on the outside edges. Remove and place on a serving platter. Drizzle the dressing over the top, sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese and top with croutons of your choice.
